Understanding the cultural and cancer health needs of the Muslim population

This session is delivered by Jamal Choudhury, Director of The Peel Project CIC, a community initiative in Hull supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnicities.

This online event is aimed at Healthcare and VCSE colleagues who support members of the Muslim community in accessing cancer screening and healthcare.

Jamal will give insight into a range of factors which are important within the Muslim faith and may affect how and when people from this community access healthcare.
