Colleges and Sixth Forms

The Cancer Alliance also provides support to colleges and sixth forms to help incorporate cancer awareness into their curricula. We equip tutors with the necessary background knowledge, presentations, and support materials to deliver their own awareness sessions to students. All content is designed to meet PSHE curriculum standards.

Typically, we arrange face-to-face meetings with tutors to discuss the following:

  • PSHE cancer awareness presentations
  • Available literature and resources
  • Additional support from the Cancer Alliance

We have successfully collaborated with several further education establishments across Humber and North Yorkshire. If you would like assistance in integrating cancer awareness into your curriculum, please contact us at [email protected]
